Items are guaranteed to be free of defects. Upon receipt of any damaged goods through shipment, save the original packaging, document any damages (photos, etc.). Contact us immediately for an RA#. (Returns cannot be accepted without this number).
- If unhappy with your purchase, items may be returned in their original packaging, unused. However you will be responsible for any shipping costs plus a 50% re-stocking fee, per item.
- Defective items will be exchanged for the same product. Items returned without defects past 3 days of receiving shipment, will be issued a store credit.
- Refunds/credits are issued after receipt of returned items. Please save any shipment information in case of lost or damaged shipments.
To return items, first, you will need to contact us for an RA#. Please do not return items without contacting us first and without an RA#. Please contact us with any questions regarding our returns procedure.
